Clarion Housing tenants protested outside the housing association’s head office on 14 August, organised by the Social Housing Action Campaign (Shac). On top of excessive and opaque service charges, and many other problems, homes are overheating in the summer heatwaves, and too cold in winter! Shac’s demands include that Clarion open the books on the charges, and carry out urgent temperature management upgrades.
