Students at Goldsmiths University in south London have protested to demand that the university cut its ties with the Israeli regime, and divest from companies that support the Israeli occupation of Palestine.

Thousands gathered outside parliament again on 21 Feb, demanding the end to the Israeli state’s brutal offensive on Gaza. Inside, MPs were debating a ceasefire motion from SNP.

Parents and trade unions shredded the council’s proposals to privatise or close two children’s centres, and change the usage at two others, at Hackney Council’s scrutiny meeting on 19 February.

Enfield Trades Council organised a lobby of Labour-controlled Enfield Council on 24 January, calling on councillors to support the demand ‘Gaza ceasefire now!’
